Life after Covid….Plein Air Festival

July and August in Maine this past summer were a treat complete with Covid. But the plans for the Plein Air Festival continued .  Unfortunately, I had to fly to Idaho for an emergency Cervical spinal operation and recuperate there from October until January but the committee carried if off and it was a super success. Look for ads for next year.

Now the new year looks bright and optimistic. Our IWS group continues its monthly plein air outings. Write to me if you want to be added to the list. Next one is January 28th.

While recuperating I painted almost everyday. It was a godsend. And my workshops resume the end of  January.

Why not treat yourself to some creative, quiet time painting and learning the techniques of watercolor? Learn from someone who has taught for over 30 years and has paintings represented in galleries and homes around the world.

Classes are limited for individualized attention. If you are a beginner you can lose the fear of painting in watercolor. If you are intermediate or advanced , enjoy the time and space to hone your skills. 12 plus hours of instruction for 250 USD. Return students get 10 % off, IWS members get an additional 10 % off. Here are some of my recent paintings. Luckily the spinal damage only affected my right arm not my left; I am left handed!

All paintings are 20 x 24 matted, Saunders 140 pound rough paper.

Please let me know if interested . They will  be at Galeria San Francisco.

I hope to see you soon in a workshop.

Have a fantastic New Year!
